• Manual Use Only: You may copy information from the Services only manually and without automated processes (no scraping, crawling, or bots).
• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from Hometrino data for commercial purposes outside of the explicit "Pro Use" permissions.
• No Commercial Listing: You may not use Hometrino for commercial real estate transactions unless specifically authorized.

4. User-Generated Materials

By posting photos, videos, or property descriptions ("User Materials"), you grant Hometrino a:

• Perpetual, Worldwide License: To use, host, and distribute your content across our network.
• Warranty of Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to the photos and descriptions you upload.
