A great view of the bay and city skyline along with easy boat access! This 50 x 20 foot slip at Longboat Key Club Moorings is located on the south side of O-dock. Club membership is not required. Direct access to Sarasota Bay and the ICW. The deep water marina is as much a luxury resort as any other neighborhood on the island, thanks to individual slip ownership, a Mediterranean style marina village that includes restaurants, shopping (close to Publix, CVS, and other specialty shops), recreational and social activities, and on-site concierge services. Electric, water and wireless internet access. Longboat Key Moorings is truly a World Class facility. Membership in the Longboat Key Club is available with the option to join anytime. Each vessel must be approved by the Association's Board of Directors prior to entering the Marina. The longest vessel permitted in the slip is 45 LOA; beam depends on the vessel.
